[Rotary] Set-up for Interact Meeting

Good afternoon rotarians:

In regards to next weeks meeting at Preston Hall;

Pastor Matt and Jeff Stubbs will arrive at 11:00 and set up 5 round tables with 8 chairs each for the Interactors and our rotary members and guests. Jeff will set up the podium, flags, sign in sheets meeting fees for Rotarians and club raffle tickets. Pastor Matt we will need the Beverage Tub from the Chair Closet.

Toby will buy 5-6 pizzas from the brickery (40-48 pieces ) for food service at noonish. Gary will bring 9lbs of Ice and soft drinks and water to go with the Pizza

Gary (incoming President) will conduct the meeting.

I will be sending out an agenda on Tuesday Morning.

The following Rotarians have indicated they will not be able to attend. LaDonna and Rick McDonald, John Cottle,
Margaret Black is a maybe.
