[Rotary] The Interacters are Coming!!!

Good Morning Rotarians,

I wanted to remind you that next Thursday, March the 26th, Our Interact Club will be visiting us and running the meeting. Please try to attend if you can, they will be telling us about their upcoming fundraiser as well as recapping their year of service. Bring some extra dollars, as I am sure they will be asking us some questions we can’t answer.

I will not be there as Rick is having a surgical procedure done in St. Helena on Wednesday which requires an overnight stay. Gary Hopper, our incoming president,  will conduct the  meeting. I will be contacting many of you this weekend to make sure that we have set-up, announcements and pizzas covered for the meeting.

Leona is asking that everyone turn into her, your sold dining raffle tickets, any checks that you might have and also bring your unsold tickets with you. We will have tickets available for anyone who has not picked up their raffle tickets to sell, however it is important to get a status report on where we stand with the raffle. We are scheduled to draw the winning tickets on May 2nd which only leaves us the month of April to reach our goal of 150 tickets sold.

I will send out an updated Agenda on Monday before we leave town on Tuesday. If you would like to include anything on the Agenda please let me know before Monday.
