Good afternoon rotarians:

<div>In regards to next weeks meeting at Preston Hall; <br>

<div>Pastor Matt and Jeff Stubbs will arrive at 11:00 and set up 5 round tables with 8 chairs each for the Interactors and our rotary members and guests. Jeff will set up the podium, flags, sign in sheets meeting fees for Rotarians and club raffle tickets.
<b>Pastor Matt we will need the Beverage Tub from the Chair Closet.</b></div>

<div>Toby will buy 5-6 pizzas from the brickery (40-48 pieces ) for food service at noonish. Gary will bring 9lbs of Ice and soft drinks and water to go with the Pizza</div>
