[Rotary] SUBJECT: TALK BY HOWARD DASHIELL, DIRECTOR, DOT, MENDOCINO COUNTY

Folks, tomorrow Howard Dashiell, Director, Transportation Department, County Engineer, County Surveyor and Road Commissioner, Mendocino County, will lead a talk on our County infrastructure, particularly roads and bridges. A Mendocino County native, Howard brings a vast knowledge of our county roads, bridges, airports, drainage, solid waste and land development operations. In 2018 his office prepared a 20-year corrective maintenance plan for roads which identified and now employs corrective maintenance and pavement preservation techniques to improve our main roads.
