[Rotary] COVID money

I agree with Ray.  We need to help where we can but not be the only
supporter.  We have a relatively wealthy town and school district who
should help.  In addition to Rotary, they should be stepping up.  Perhaps
we should write an article for the paper about the situation and work on
follow-up.
