[Rotary] Golf tournament questions ?

Hello Everyone......
John PORTER is having real difficulties, call or email him, it will help him to hear from you .

Golf tournament:

I need your expertise and experience .......please help .

Does anyone know How the auction goes ? Do was have a special room decorated for this part of the event . Harrold can you help by being a auctioneer?

I am doing is getting the breakfast fruit  muffins and coffee , juice and bloodymary fixings and screw driver makings ..........from harvest 6 am ....delivered 7 am ....

Any one bringing tables ? We need tables......I could go rent some if you want ? Say 7 tables ? How about table cloths .

Donna , can we count on you to provide food and a tablet at hole # 6 ?

Please reply to all if you have computer skills ,or cell call will work tomorrow.

Thank you . I know a lot of you are out of town, how fortunate this is for you , but for us Rotarians left to do the event ....we need some show if support before the event .

I am available  for consultations , at my office on Calpella  st in Mendo , by Patterson , but not at Pattersons ! 

The office is ...
Easy to find ...walk west from Pattersons ,on Calpella st, it is the 4 th building on the left / south side of the street ......., it is a mustard color building ......., it was a shoe repair shop before becoming my man cave. 

Let’s pull this event off with out drama, or at the very least , little drama......we can do this !
 The money we make can go to local causes  , approved by the club .
