[Rotary] Highway is Clean!

Thanks to Mike Sandys, Gary Hopper, Matt O'Halloran, and Brandt Stickel for
helping pick up 6 bags of trash on Highway 1 between the Big River and Jack
Peter Creek bridges.  3 of us then went on to pick up litter in Rotary
Park, which will be mowed soon.

Unusual find of the day: an intact deer skull with no other bones in sight.
