[Rotary] Golf tournament questions ?

I was contacted by Sean about providing the food for 6th hole, and said
yes. I think Sean is coordinating food. Not sure about the rest, but I know
our auction has been handled at the putting greens in the past, where we
have some of our food and drink, and not in a room.  We do have picnic
tables there to use. A tent is nice, but not always set up.
Hole sponsor signs are important, and must be double checked to make sure
we don’t miss anyone who sponsored, as I recall that happened a few years
ago.
