I have the popup from Sean but no sturdy tables. Have Erin to come by Hardware store to pick up bunting etc.  I also have a lot of small flags for giving away.

Face painting for kids by Uii WesleyHanding out flags to kids- John and JerryCoolers with ice- Did I hear Sean would ask Travis?Tamales- Donna ordered tamales from La Bamba restaurant. I could use the paper trays for serving-- Gary? I have paper plates, napkins, forks and table cloths. Not sure about gloves for serving. Price will be $5 each, two for $8. Cost is 1.66 each. I ordered 12 dozen, keeping it simple at 7 doz. chicken, 5 doz. veggie. I'll pick up the hot tamales at 9:15. Gary is bringing water to sell. Can anyone give or get donations for other drinks to sell?Food and beverage tent needs three people, one cashier and two for drinks and food. We need a trash can and a recycle can for beverage containers. Harold is getting us a bank of $100. I need the cash box from Hill House.Who has folding tables? I have one that is not for heavy loads.Pop-up tent canopies- Gary and Jeff will bringI am also considering making a large batch of non-alcoholic bloody Mary's as something new.A Puppet show immediately after the parade.Rotary Club information table- Rotary Park, Golf Tournament, Rotarian magazines- bring!  Membership info, recent projects, and of course envelopes for donations. Who will bring Park Plans- possibly mounted on a board??  Matt and one other Rotarian for this table, please. Shifts?Move the picnic tables into face painting and best eating locations near food tents.Mobile Pet adoption will be in the park.We have Jerry's convertible available and did enter the Parade. Who will help Erin to decorate?  Who will drive and ride in the car? Signs will say 'Puppet Show after the Parade in Rotary Park' Also something to do with the 'American Pie' Theme. And Rotary. Gary has July 4th red-white-blue bunting. Parade starts at noon.Meet Puppet Troupe and direct to best stage location
