[Rotary] Bar tend event Planning

I am on board for this, and if Ray will do the permit I will take the lead
for organizing supplies and scheduling.

Betty is willing to work too, and has a cute barmaid outfit from prior
events, but doesn't want to be the only one in costume.  Everyone please
contact me personally so we don't bombard each other with emails.  Let me
know what you can do to help, either for supplies, setup, cleanup, or
bartending.

Let me take inventory on what I have, contact Cindy to get an idea of
quantities of supplies, and get started.  Butch Kwan is a fine musician
with a good local reputation, and this should be a rousing success!

We NEED this fundraiser, thanks Ray for getting the ball rolling.
