[Rotary] Bar tend event Planning

I am on board. Thank you John for taking the lead on this. We have to act fast getting ready. We will have beer and wine probably left over from golf. Also Bloody Mary mix. 
I have water and cups a plenty. We could use Ray’s coolers? I’ll print up price sheets to post and get cash box and tip jar. I have trash bags and napkins also. I’ll check our stuff in storage to see what else we can use.  Let me know if I’ve missed anything other than the alcohol.
