[Rotary] Bar tend event Planning

Saturday Sept 8, 8 till 10 we have an opportunity to make $$ providing the
bar for a Cinder Productions event.  IF WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS We would
need to set up at 7, and clean up etc by 11.  We need min 4 and preferably
5 people to do this.  We will need to provide all mixers and alcohol, cups,
napkins, water, sodas, wine, beer etc. Someone has to be in charge of
getting these supplies. Transporting to and from event. We will also need
trash bags for clean up, and petty cash will be needed.  Ray offered to get
the Alcohol Lic.

This event is only 3 weeks away so we need to decide to do it or not.  That
all depends on how many of you is willing to volunteer.  If you can't work
at the event 4 to 5 people, then what can you do to help.  Please respond
by Saturday so I can tell Cinder yes or no.
