[Kzyxtalk] Resume Questions

Dear Mr. Coate,

I just found another resume of yours here:

It makes the claim that MCPB was $200,000 in debt before you arrived

and that its infrastructure was in disarray.

Perhaps that's true, but it's contradicted by the Form 990s themselves.

For example, here's a chronology of MCPB net assets:

6/30/07:     $346,668 (before you arrived)

6/30/08:     $241,352 (one year after your arrival)

6/30/09:     $38,509

6/30/10:     $91,662

6/30/11:     $81,382

6/30/12:     $30,688

6/30/13:     $136,123

6/30/14:     $160,506

6/30/15:     $78,446 (at your departure)

So here's my questions. If your resume is accurate, there's an extra six

figures in unreported revenue laying around somewhere. If that's true,

why not call KZYX right now and tell them where it is? (707) 895-2324.

If not, then how do you explain your resume?
