Report from Shelter Box

   - Rotarians and Rotaractors in Venezuela are mobilizing across D4370 and
   D4380 in Venezuela, including the most affected Caracas and La Guaira.
   - The Venezuelan Rotarians are supporting communities devastated by the
   earthquake and actively delivering donations, assisting families, and
   providing support in hospitals and other emergency response locations.
   - Shelter Box is currently in discussion with Venezuelan PDGs and other
   Rotary leaders about airport status and coordination across both districts.
   - Shelter Box is ready to send boots on the ground as soon as entry
   permit is granted.
