[Rotary] Community Center Ribbon Cutting Party and Community Celebration on Saturday May 2

Hi Jeff,

I can make and serve the Charcuterie Board. We had 2 people collecting money for hotdogs etc. at July 4th. We also had two people wrapping wieners for the chefs. I plan on arriving around 10:30 to help wherever needed.

Gary will be out of town on October 2nd. Perhaps we should plan on getting organized the Friday before to avoid any surprises. 

Let me know what else you need me to do.
