[Rotary] Subject: Election of a New President

Dear Rotarians,
Attached please find the minutes of our emergency meeting of September 18, 2025 outlining the excellent discussion nine of our members had along lines of making our club stronger and more sustainable. The meeting decided to nominate LaDonna McDonald to replace our President who resigned his office on September 11.
We will have a club assembly meeting on Thursday September 25 at 12:00 in Preston Hall at which all the members will be asked to vote on a new President and talk about what we can/will do the the rest of the year. According to our bylaws any full member can run for that position. If anyone else would like to be considered for that position, and so included in the election, please let me know immediately.

Everyone, please make an effort to attend and take part. If you are not yet on a committee or see a gap in our capabilities that you think you can fill, please come prepared to help out.
