[Rotary] Planning Meeting

Good Morning Rotarians:

I would like to schedule a a very casual planning meeting for those who can make it this Thursday. I think it would be nice to get together outside of Preston Hall and do something fun. It can be lunch or happy hour at Patterson’s or Flow’s to review and wrap up our current projects before year’s end and also prepare for the Dining Raffle Sales that will begin in January.

Jeff, John, Matt, Ray, Gary and Trevor are making great progress on the Community Center Fence. Thank you Guys-It looks good.  

Toby, Leona, Matt Davis and I will have completed the work necessary for the Mental Health Grant before November 30th.

Scheduled for December is:
The Installation of our Christmas Tree and Decorating - Rotary Park
The Mendocino Theatre Company/Alex Wright will Speak on December 4th. At that time we will launch our   
   Invite Two Membership Drive
Our Support of the Cold Weather Clothing Drive for Engels and Volkers Mid Nov. - Mid Dec.

Scheduled for January:
Ticket Sales for the Dinning Raffle to begin through February (Drawing in March) 
Charter Night - January 15th Evening Event to include Past Rotarians, and current Rotarians celebrating our founding 60+ years ago.
Begin to Plan our May Fundraiser
