[Rotary] 🎯Follow-Up: Volunteers for Thursday’s Town Hall with Supervisor Ted Williams

Hi Mendocino Rotary,

I wanted to follow up about this Thursday’s Town Hall with Supervisor Ted
Williams. We’re so excited to have this event, and we’ll need all hands on
deck to ensure everything goes smoothly!

So far, we have *two volunteers* signed up for the *early shift* before the
meeting, which is great, but we could really use a few more helping hands.
Here’s a quick reminder of where we need assistance:

🪑 *Set-Up (11:00 a.m.)*

   -

   Setting up around 100 folding chairs
   -

   Preparing the podium, water table, info table, flags, etc.

👋 *Greeters*

   -

   Welcoming attendees and handing out questionnaires before the meeting

💻 *Tech Help*

   -

   Assistance with the Owl, microphone, PowerPoint (if needed), etc. A few
   people asked if the meeting could be recorded last time, and the Owl is
   able to do that, but we could use help from someone tech-savvy!

🧹 *Clean-Up (around 1:00 p.m.)*

   -

   Putting everything back in order afterward

If you're available to pitch in or have any questions or suggestions,
please don’t hesitate to reach out. It’s always a privilege to host these
events, and when we come together as a team, it really shows what makes
Rotary so special.
