[Rotary] Help Needed – Town Hall with Supervisor Ted Williams This Thursday (5/22/25)

Hi Mendocino Rotary,

I’m reaching out about this Thursday’s upcoming Town Hall with Supervisor
Ted Williams. We’ll need all hands on deck to help make it run smoothly and
feel impactful!

This is a friendly heads-up and a call for volunteers to save the date and
pitch in where you can. Here’s what we’ll need help with:

🪑 *Set-Up (11:00 a.m.):*

   -

   Setting up around 100 folding chairs
   -

   Podium, water table, info table, flags, etc.

👋 *Greeters:*

   -

   Welcoming attendees and handing out questionnaires before the meeting

💻 *Tech Help:*

   -

   Assistance with the Owl, microphone, PowerPoint (if needed), etc.
   -

   Several people asked last time if the meeting could be recorded. I
   *think* the Owl can do this, but I’ll need help from someone more
   tech-savvy!

🧹 *Clean-Up (around 1:00 p.m.):*

   -

   Putting everything back in order afterward
