[Rotary] 🇺🇸🌭Volunteers Needed for 4th of July Celebration at Rotary Park 🇺🇸🌭

Dear Rotarians,

Our 4th of July Celebration at Rotary Park is right around the corner, and
we need your help to make it a fun and successful day for our community!
We’re looking for volunteers in the following areas:

*Set-Up Crew (10:00 AM)*
We need at least *4 volunteers* to help set up tents, tables, signage, and
more. A great way to kick off the day with energy and teamwork!

*🔥 BBQ & Booth Crew (11:00 AM – Sell-Out)*
We need at least *6 volunteers* to help with:

   -

   Grilling and serving hotdogs
   -

   Selling tickets and popcorn
   -

   Assisting with general event flow

*We believe Terry has already signed up, and Gary and Trevor will be there
so we need at least 3 more volunteers for this shift!*

*Clean-Up Crew (After Band Ends ~4:00 PM)*
We also need help with breakdown and clean-up after the festivities wrap up
and the band finishes playing.

*🎟️ INFORMATIONAL BOOTH*
We’ll also have a booth set up with info and sales for:

   -

   *Youth Services programs*
   -

   *Rotary Tile Project*
   -

   *Raffle tickets* for the *Luxury Tahoe Weekend Getaway*

*🎉Sales of hotdogs and popcorn begin at 11:00 AM and continue until we
sell out. The band is scheduled to play until 4:00 PM.*

If you can lend a hand whether it’s for set-up, food sales, or clean-up
please *reply to this email* and let us know how you can help.
