Dear Mendocino Rotary Club,

I’m still filled with gratitude and joy from Saturday’s Debunking
celebration. It was one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had,
and I will carry the memories with me for a long time to come.

>From the laughter to the thoughtfulness, every detail reflected the spirit
and heart of this amazing group. I was deeply moved by the energy,
creativity, and genuine care that went into making the evening so special.
Being part of a club that is made up of such dedicated, kind, and inspiring
individuals is a profound privilege.

The “Magic of Rotary” was not just a theme. It was alive in every moment. ✨
It’s the magic of service above self, of fellowship that uplifts, of shared
purpose and joy that binds us together. Saturday reminded me how truly
fortunate I am to be surrounded by people who give so generously of
themselves to make the world a better place.

I’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Toby Wade for the
incredibly thoughtful surprise of having Supervisor Ted Williams attend and
present me with such a meaningful award. That moment will remain one of the
highlights of my Rotary journey.

As we turn the page to a new chapter, I’m filled with excitement and
confidence in Trevor’s leadership for the year ahead. I look forward to
watching (and celebrating) with all of you as our club continues to grow,
evolve, and do even more good in our community and beyond.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for honoring me in such a touching
way, and for being the incredible Rotarians and human beings that you are!
