Hello Mendocino Rotary Club Board Members,


A Board meeting was planned for Thursday, August 15th @ 12pm. Yesterday I
sent out an email asking board members to reply to make sure that we have a
quorum. It appears that we will not have a quorum, so this meeting will be
cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.


Please mark your calendars for the upcoming Rotary club meeting on
Thursday, August 22nd @ 12pm in Preston Hall. I will send out the agenda at
the beginning of next week.
