Hi All,

I just talked to Janis. She will try to find some of John's letters on
his computer. We can compare them to Pam's letter and modify where
necessary. Janis will go through John's list and remove "dead" names.
She has also volunteered to personalize some of the letters.

When do we want to send the letter out? It will need a lot of
coordination. The letters may have to be personalized and matched with
the envelopes.

Do we want to include a return envelope, with or without a stamp?

Since my business life was in the area of direct mail, I will volunteer
as Coordinator, and get enough volunteer members to do the work.

Depending on the size of the list we may be able to qualify for a lower
postal rate both outbound and return. I will check with the Mendocino
Post Office.

Jerry
