[Rotary] Subject: Club Presidency in Years to Come

Following up on the very productive meeting we had last week, Toby and I (both past presidents of the club) met yesterday morning and we have come up with the following:
He could be President during July-December 2023
I could be President during January-June. 2024.
We will have a President Nominee for July 2024-June 2025, one of our existing club members, we will let her/him follow up as appropriate.  Most of you know who that may be.
Toby will go to PETS this Spring.
Following on from Jerry's strategic plan outline, still to be fleshed out in some areas, Toby and I will focus on:
-advancing our membership drive, an all-out effort with new arrivals, merchants and youth as highest priority;
-helping with community and youth services, to ensure we are paying back what our generous supporters have given us; and 
-creating meetings and events that bring us all together and attract others to join us.
All the above to be discussed, updated and as appropriate acted upon by the Board.
