<html><head></head><body><div class="ydp2412ac0fyahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Following up on the very productive meeting we had last week, Toby and I (both past presidents of the club) met yesterday morning and we have come up with the following:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">He could be President during July-December 2023</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I could be President during January-June. 2024.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We will have a President Nominee for July 2024-June 2025, one of our existing club members, we will let her/him follow up as appropriate. Most of you know who that may be.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Toby will go to PETS this Spring.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Following on from Jerry's strategic plan outline, still to be fleshed out in some areas, Toby and I will focus on:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">-advancing our membership drive, an all-out effort with new arrivals, merchants and youth as highest priority;</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">-helping with community and youth services, to ensure we are paying back what our generous supporters have given us; and </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">-creating meetings and events that bring us all together and attract others to join us.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">All the above to be discussed, updated and as appropriate acted upon by the Board.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Thanks to Jerry and Susan for getting the ball rolling. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Happy New Year, and warm regards to all, </div><div><br></div><div class="ydp2412ac0fsignature">Jeff Stubbs, Secretary</div><div class="ydp2412ac0fsignature" dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Rotary Club of Mendocino, <br>P.O.
