[Rotary] Fwd: DG Visit Details, Please

In response to your questions,
Probable 3 tables 4 to each
No honors to bestow ( already done)
We are a small club with only 8 or 10 active members.
We start at 12 noon and end promptly at 1.
She may have the whole time frame after we open and do pledge etc.
If there is anything else you need let me know. We do have a gift basket
for her to pay forward etc.
