[Rotary] Rotarians Joe and Ruth Sparks

Very sad news indeed. I am so sorry, Dean. I know this was hard to share. Both Joe and Ruth Sparked so much of what we do as Rotarians.  Ruth really did a great deal across a wide range of organizations. Joe was always solidly there as our club for decades.I am hoping our clubs can place a bench at the appropriate time in their memory.
May their memories be a blessing.
