[Rotary] Subject: Rotary: Proposed Budget 2022/23

Dear Rotary Folks,
Now that we are almost a month into the new Rotary year, we should adopt a budget.
This is an update of the draft first discussed at our Club Retreat held at Toby's house. It adds in on both the revenue side and the expenditure side the proceedings of the 4th of July, adds on the revenue side a John Porter memorial contribution and adds on the expenditure side items for website development and audio visual equipment.  
This budget is based upon proposals/requests made by various members in response to pleas from our President. If you have anything to correct, add or delete please let me know and/or speak up on Thursday otherwise I hope the Board can approve it then.
Overall the budget is in balance. 
I will be circulating tomorrow a proposal for our district grant request and for international assistance, both consistent with this budget. Other avenue of service and activity chairs requiring club funds should submit a note covering their areas of responsibility.
We hope that all Board members will attend Thursday's meeting, in person if at all possible. If you cannot attend in person please let me know so I can open the zoom. 
All members are invited to sit in, listen and contribute as may be appropriate.
