[Rotary] Highway clean up

Brandt, Dean, and I found a surprising amount of trash between the bridges. No, that isn’t a coffin, it’s a refrigerator box. 

The other unusual find was three side view mirrors amongst some broken glass.  I’ll get back there with a broom and dust pan soon.
