[Rotary] Subject: Proposed Membership Drive

Dear Rotarians,
I think we are all aware that we are a tipping point on membership. Some of us are members in name only, some pay their membership fees but do little else, a few attend meetings, others work in the park or on our various avenues of service, but it seems we need a reassessment and as a club decide whether the boat will float or not. 
Please read and think about the attached outline of what we might do, then lets talk about it perhaps at next week's meeting.
