[Rotary] Subject: Mendocino Rotary: Lunch Meeting Tomorrow and Expectatios for June

Hi all,
Beginning tomorrow, Thursday May 27 at 12:00 we will meet to discuss our club and where we could be going next year. 
This meeting will be held weather permitting at the home of Jeff and Karen Stubbs, 12101 Alderwood Rd (Old Surfwood Subdivison), Mendocino. Pizza and salad will be provided, as well as wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Subsequently we will meet in person at Mendocino Cafe, indoors, same days, same time, new venue. 
Agenda for tomorrow and first three weeks of June (more or less in the order expected--tomorrow we will be doing well to get through the first two items and the last item):
-Re-imagining our club: what directions we would like to take, what would we like to drop.-Social events and fund-raisers for next year, beginning with the Fourth of July.-New initiatives and projects,  in the various avenues of service-Building our membership (or not, this is a choice we should discuss)-Engaging new members who have joined recently-Re-energizing those who have been quiet-Committees and Board -Tweaking the byelaws-Budget-Strategic plan-Qualifying for District funding-Treasurer (we cannot operate without one)
This will be a chance for those of you who would like to see our club rejuvenated, or moving in new directions, to make yourselves heard. 
And if you just want to come and socialize, you are welcome to do that too.
We have about 13 chairs. If some of you could bring a few foldable camp chairs that would be useful.
We will have the sound equipment going and this will be a hybrid meeting.
If you need a ride please let someone know. 
If you would like to have apparel or anything else ordered, please let Mike Sandys know.

Last Sunday a number of us worked at the Humane Society with Fort Bragg Rotary. Good job, guys and girls!!    We will meet for about an hour but you are welcome to stay longer if you wish.
