Dear Mendocino Rotarians:
Here is the preliminary Projects and Events Budget we discussed Thursday, as amended to reflect our discussions.
As a matter of principle, all figures shown here should come from committee chairs, who are as follows:
Community Service: John CottleYouth Service: Donna SchulerInternational: Jeff StubbsSocial: varies with the functionGolf: Pete and GaryRaffle: Ray
Our incredibly hard working and accomplished Prez Toby Wade will be working with our treasurer Brandt Stickel to embed these figures within our yearly administration and activities budgets, which should be discussed within the club and put forward for approval at the next Board meeting, on August 26.

There is some "fat" in the expenses since there are several completely new things (Covid 19 relief), and some guesstimates by JS rather than from the committee chairs, which should be the source of most figures.
