Hi William, and many thanks for the advice which fits in perfectly with my experience.
I have copied this to my son, Jeffry, who is of course closely monitoring the progress of the infection with his daughter, while the two of us isolate and the other four are being very cautious.
Hope you can join us for a meeting or perhaps work in the Park, assuming of course we are all clear.

 Just an FYI.  It takes about about 4 days from the date of exposure for a COVID test to turn positive.  That includes both PCR and antigen tests  So, testing the very next day is not helpful. The recommended time is to test between day 5 and 7.  In the meantime, one is meant to quarantine.
