[Rotary] SUBJECT: COVID 19 TEST

I would like to remind everyone that Jeff notified us all of potential
exposure, and we are not to provide names of people (Jeff) when informing
others who may have been close contacts who the potential case (Jeff) was.
We respect his protected health information. We state that a fully
vaccinated person attending the meeting tested positive with the rapid test
and is following up with a PCR test to confirm.
Are we clear on this?
