[Rotary] Subject: A brief update on Christmas

Hi all,
We had in an earlier e-mail proposed working in the park tomorrow, Friday, at 9:00, but in fact to my uneducated senses the park seems to be in pretty good shape. A few of us may go there, and do some raking, but the idea we had earlier of putting on the Christmas decorations is delayed a bit.
We decided that we will collect the decorations this week, some are ordered online, some with Gary and some in the shed, and then next Thursday Dec 9 we will put them up in lieu of our regular meeting time, 12:00.
Next Friday Dec 10 we will meet at 4:30 for the tree lighting, hopefully with hot toddies, eggnog etc.
We will be collecting winter clothing for the street people this week and next, for delivery to the Coastal Street Medicine project on Dec 10.
Matt, Toby, Leona and I have donated so far. Donna is collecting goods from friends. 
If you have up market stuff mark them separately and we can deliver to the various charities. 
What we need is socks, shoes, heavy pants, sweaters, jackets, rain gear etc. for both men and women.
Call me and I will pick them up.
