                Dear Rotarians, The Board on its meeting of March 25 approved the candidacy of Scott Roat who has been informed of the purposes of Rotary and members' responsibilities, and who has prepared and signed the attached membership form. As representative of the Board, I am circulating the membership form to the members of Mendocino Rotary who have according to the bylaws of the club a period of seven days to submit a written objection.
