[Rotary] Subject: Meeting of 4/8/21

Hi all,
Yesterday we had an excellent meeting, by zoom, with the following persons present:
Toby, Harold, Jeff, Scott, William, Mike, Roccie, Matt, John C, John P, Suzanne, Ray, Annie Liner and Leona Walden (14persons) and Ryan Rhoades, Superintendent, MCCSD, our speaker. We appreciated Ryan's talk which described the considerable challenges facing MCCSD. Jeff presented a Paul Harris pin to Ray Alarcon and we congratulated him on this considerable achievement.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday April 15. Lavender Cinnamon will speak on the Bee Bold Alliance. Subsequently, it looks like we will celebrate Earth Day on April 22 with high school students who will join us I picking up trash in Mendocino's  parks.
I am hoping some of us who have not been taking part in zoom meetings will join us for the next one which will be important from the standpoint of our work on environment and for the Earth Day celebration.
