[Rotary] Subject: Membership Proposal for Roccie Hill

Dear Rotarians, 
The Board on its meeting of March 25 approved the candidacy of Roccie Hill, who has been informed of the purposes of Rotary and members' responsibilities, and signed the attached membership form. 
As representative of the Board, I am circulating the membership form to the members of Mendocino Rotary who have according to the bylaws of the club a period of seven days to submit a written objection. 
If no objection is received from our members Roccie will be asked to pay her admission fee of $35.00 and shall be considered elected to membership.
As Roccie's sponsor I believe she will be an outstanding asset to our club and so recommend we expedite her application.
