[Rotary] Attestation Plan for Mendocino Approved by CDPH

Thank you for forwarding this 20 page document.  It would have been better
if a brief declaration of the basic changes were presented.  But I guess
this is just our government at work.  I'm still not sure what we as
citizens of Mendocino County can and cannot do!!!
