[Rotary] Subject: Zoom Meeting

All Mendocino Rotarians, 
I have scheduled a Zoom meeting for all our Rotarians from 12:00 to 1:30 tomorrow, 3/26/2020. It is a Director's meeting and only they can vote but the first part will be a general discussion so please join us if you can. To connect to the Zoom meeting, you need to be on a device (iPhone, iPad, computer) and I think you need an account at Zoom which is simple to do and free. Just google it, click on their website and go the page where you get an account. Try to do that today if you can. You can also I think connect in on a telephone but we have not tried that yet. Tomorrow morning you will receive an e-mail inviting you to the meeting, and you just follow the instructions on the e-mail to connect to the meeting. This will be a video meeting, and I guess you can opt out of the video if you want, but it is a good reason to get up and out of bed. 
Matt will announce the meeting and circulate an agenda. Broadly it will be:
-How the club can cope with the coronavirus.-Things we might do for the community as we cope with the virus (anyone with an idea or proposal please join us).-Creating a COVID-19 fund.-Approval of the first disbursement for the toilet block in Vanuatu. -Other business as may be required.
Four of us had fun Zooming last week and hope most of us will Zoom in tomorrow.
