[Rotary] Fw: Subject: Agenda for Board Meeting on June 25

All,
The outgoing Board will meet tomorrow, Thursday June 25, in the Park, with the principal purpose being to confirm the new Board. While only the old Board members can vote, all are invited to listen in and contribute as might be requested. 
We are going to try to reopen our club. We will all bring face masks, and wear them as necessary. We will maintain a separation of 6-10 feet between chairs, and aim to keep the meeting to a time of 1 hour or slightly more. We will have 7 seats available using the tables and bench, and I will bring 3 camping chairs and 6 folding patio chairs. If you have a camping or patio chair that is easy to bring, please do so.
This will be Matt's last meeting as President, so lets come prepared to talk about him and his tenure. We will have pizza, soft drinks and water.
