The meeting will discuss what has worked and what has not worked, as reported by our members, what we have accomplished recently, challenges and opportunities and where we should be headed in the next Rotary year.
We will walk through a draft Strategic Plan which is attached. 
The draft Strategic Plan talks about the responses to the membership questionnaire circulated recently, as well as comments made by members during telephone calls over the last month or so. Please read it before the meeting if you can. 
We will walk through the report section by section, with the aim of developing a common understanding of our club, what we might like to do moving forward and how best to mobilize and use the abilities of our members.

We will identify key issues related to selection of officers for next year, and set a date for a second zoom meeting at which we will firm up the nominated Board. 
I am hoping that all present Board members can join.
