[Rotary] Subject: Warm Clothing for the Homeless

Hi all,
This is to confirm that we are collecting warm clothing and other items (such as sleeping bags and tarps) for the homeless, as we did last year. It will go to Coastal Street Medicine, run by Linda Jo Sterns, and I am targeting to have all the stuff on hand by Wednesday 16th so I can deliver it to her on the 17th, after our meeting.
This can be new or used, but if used clean and in good condition. She says they serve about 1/3 women, 2/3 men, and they need socks, hats, sweaters, pants, shoes, jackets, gloves. The men tend to be thin, so lmen's arge is a good size, and the women tend to be a little heavy, so perhaps ladies large.
Good if you can put them in a box or bag, and leave them at the front door of my house, 12101 Alderwood Rd, (old Surfwood) Mendocino. Please try to get them here during Monday-Wednesday of next week. If I am not at home you can leave them in front of the door where they will be dry until I can get them in.
