Yes there is a Raffle "you print tickets attached - the following is a cut
and paste from DG Kathy's email in September

Dear Club Presidents, Secretaries and Foundation Chairs,


The annual *Rotary Foundation Dinner North* will be held Saturday, October
26, 2019 at the Sequoia Conference Center. There will be a cash bar
cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 followed by a sit-down dinner.  The
annual *Rotary
Foundation Dinner South* will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the
Doubletree Rohnert Park. There will be a cash bar cocktail hour from 5:30
to 6:30 followed by a sit-down dinner. These are wonderful opportunities to
celebrate the funds raised by our clubs to serve others.

Registration is open, but we wanted to reach out to you regarding a couple
of things.

First, as in years past, each club is asked to bring a raffle item with a
value of $100 or two items at $50 each. Please bring these to the event and
our Raffle Coordinator and her helpers will receive these from you and
organize the gifts, draw the tickets and prepare a winner board for display
after the program that evening.

Second, we ask you to sell as many raffle tickets as you can.  A document
is attached here with a template for tickets that you can print off
(standard white copy paper, please) and provide to those who purchase.
Please ask them to fill out their name and contact information CLEARLY and
return to you, then bring these the night of the event and provide them to
the Raffle Coordinator.

An email has gone out for District members to register and pay online.
