There will be a cash bar cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 followed by a sit-down dinner. The annual <b>Rotary Foundation Dinner South</b> will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Doubletree Rohnert Park. There will be a cash bar cocktail hour from 5:30 to 6:30 followed by a sit-down dinner. These are wonderful opportunities to celebrate the funds raised by our clubs to serve others.</span></span></p><p style="font-family:Helvetica Neue,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:17.12px">Registration is open, but we wanted to reach out to you regarding a couple of things. </span></span></p><p style="font-family:Helvetica Neue,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:17.12px">First, as in years past, each club is asked to bring a raffle item with a value of $100 or two items at $50 each. Please bring these to the event and our Raffle Coordinator and her helpers will receive these from you and organize the gifts, draw the tickets and prepare a winner board for display after the program that evening.</span></span></p><p style="font-family:Helvetica Neue,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:17.12px">Second, we ask you to sell as many raffle tickets as you can. A document is attached here with a template for tickets that you can print off (standard white copy paper, please) and provide to those who purchase.
