John,

Thanks for reaching out for the Bishoff grant.

I am not in favor of spending all the money.on the playground at the
Community Center.  I am in favor of reaching out to a number of
non-profits and meet their individual needs.

Some of it could also go to pay for the park's play or bike rack needs.
