Great productive meeting today! Thanks for all the active participation!
Heather typed up the minutes live, and they are on our website- check it
out!!

Next week we are having a picnic in Rotary Park, and the group decided
pizza is what we'll eat. Please RSVP, and I'll order pizza's from Frankies,
and will order what you recommend. I'll order a gluten free pizza. Bring
your own drink.  Bring a friend. I invited Tyler Grinberg and Shalaya Nagle
from Mendocino High. Let's meet at noon.

Today we talked about the district awards criteria while working in our
commmitees. I handed copies to some of you (chairs), and so far Jerry has
turned in his PR committee district award info. I will be faxing them to
the district on Sunday. Would you please send to me by tomorrow, or at the
latest by Saturday?

Dear Donna,

This message is being sent to all Presidents in District 5130.

Don't hate me, but it was recently pointed out to me that I had omitted
Youth Exchange from the Awards Package.  And since it is one of our major
District service projects, covering both Youth and International Service, I
feel I must make this revision to honor those clubs who participae in this
major program.

And as long as I'm at it, I've made some other revisions, that may
hopefully, help some of you.

I've attached two documents, an Addendum, listing the revisions, and a
modified Awards Package.  As I explain in the Addendum package, you can
either use the Revised package to score your points if you haven't filled
out the origional yet, or if you have, just mark the additions on the
Addendum Page, and we'll make the adjustments for you.  Whichever is
easiest for you.

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this is, or will, cause you.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Final reminder that this is due on April 15th.
