[Rotary] Member survey for our club

Dear Rotarians,
We have distributed a membership satisfaction survey at our recent meetings
and if we didn't see you there, the last of them were mailed out to our
members yesterday. Please complete and return ASAP, and no later than July
8th. If you are out of town and cannot collect your mail, please let me
know. Your opinions are valuable and we care most about your thoughts.

Either mail your completed surevey to PO Box 102, Mendocino as stated in
the survey, or hand to one of our club officers. Looking forward to seeing
you at our Debunking tomorrow night!
