[Rotary] Club Updates

Dear Rotarians,
July is quickly evaporating as are the inland valleys water. A few things
should be on everyones minds this week. With less than three weeks until
John Cottle Pedals for Polio, and one month until our Golf Tournament on
August 26th, lets say we pull together to make these events smooth,
successful and the least stress on all. Here are the important dates and
events, which will be on Http://www.mendocinorotary.org soon. I will let
you know when our online calendar is live.

   -  Rotary Board Meeting, July 27th at Mendocino Hotel, noon
   -  1st Offsite Meeting in ROTARY PARK, August 10th, 11:45
   - Mendocino Rotary Foundation Board meeting, August 15th
   - POLIO Plus: Pedal for Polio, August 13-19th John Cottle rides! Support
   John and our goal of 100% support from our club.
   - Golf Tournament, August 26th- Follow up with the donor request
   letters, please. Let Jimmy and Jody know who has promised or donated.
   - Membership Survey- We need BOTH parts, the Rotary International and
   our Mendocino club section, I probably should have been more specific.
   Please let me know if you need another copy. We cannot get input from our
   members without the survey. Thanks to those who turned in surveys!

I'll see many of you tomorrow at the Mendocino Hotel. All are welcome, just
let me know if you are coming so I can RSVP the hotel and print enough
agendas.
