[Rotary] Mandatory attendance Thursday for Golf Tournament discussion

Good afternoon,

Attached is my worksheet of where we are with the golf tournament.  Use the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to navigate between screens.  To summarize:


*         170 sponsorship solicitation were mailed out over two weeks ago.  However, very few have responded.  Every member needs to help get hole sponsors.

*         I have 9 teams so far but need more.  Every business solicited for donations was also asked to provide a team.  I need members to help find teams.

*         Prizes are listed under the third tab.  Only a few members have provided raffle / auction items

*         Schedule - there is a schedule for each member to sign up for at least one shift.  If everyone chips in, this will go smoothly

So, check it out, and let me know if you have questions or concerns, there is room for suggestions.  I will begin filling in the work schedule at Thursday's meeting.
